A sunny, pleasant afternoon was enjoyed by drivers and passengers of 4 horse-drawn vehicles and one outrider, as we past wildlife, crossed bridges and gathered in parking lots, on our way to and from Running Aces Harness Track near Forest Lake. In contrast to last year's drive at Walton's Hollow, no rain geer or winter jackets were required, and our pot luck was enjoyed in picnic style. Children and adults enjoyed looking at and petting some of the may animals that live there.
