We had sunny warm day for the drive at Shire Hill Farm. One wagon pulled by two Shires and two training carts, pulled by a Morgan and a Fjord, headed down road toward Square Lake. Along the way, an audience of cows watched the parade. A few attendees showed up for the potluck, and found a bear crossing the road just after the horses had headed back to the farm. One Shire went out under saddle while guests were enjoying the potluck. Some age in the garage, while others chose to sit on the deck overlooking the St. Croix River Valley.
