Winter gear was the order of the day for the drive at Wayne and Sharon Sarappo's, a definite contrast to our September drive. Three single-horse hitches and one team traveled te gravel roads in Grant. Trees were dressed in beautiful fall colors of red, orange, yellow with some remaining green. The horses loved the weather. A potluck followed in the Sarappo garage, followed by a bonfire to help warm drivers and passangers.
