The rains came but the drive was not called off. Since we have been called an eating club that drives, many members will always show up for a good pot luck, especially when there are plenty of desserts. There was even a birthday cake for one of our members on the menu. We enjoyed food and conversation until the sun came out. Ken's Shire team was then hitched, and we went on a drive past Square Lake. After returning, another round of desserts was enjoyed on the deck, under the shade of the trees.
