The prediction for rain was high, but two draft teams were available to transport passengers to the Bass Lake Cheese Factory for ice cream. The rain never came, so no umbrellas or rain gear were required. After the drive we had a tour of the barn, and kittens, ate a tasty potluck, and then toured the amazing Madsen garden. We also saw an interesting collection of cast iron horse-drawn vehicles, toys from earlier days.
