It was a nice, warm, sunny day as we gathered for the July drive at Shire Hill Farm. Fourteen people, six equines and four vehicles gathered for the drive, and two more people joined us for lunch, following the drive. A team of Shires, a team of Fjords pulling larger vehicles and a Morgan and a pony pulled training carts headed down the road near Square Lake. Sharon & Wayne took a long route with Tess, while the rest of us went on a bit shorter trip. We saw bikers and motorcyclists along the way enjoying the scenic roads, and swimmers enjoying the lake. After the drive we dined on Letourneau's tree-shaded deck overlooking pastures and fields.
