The weather was hot and steamy, but there was a good turnout for the July drive at Shire Hill Farm. Five vehicles and about 20 people went out to brave the heat, while some decided to stay behind and relax in the shade. Others joined later for a great pot luck. Shires were well represented on this drive. Some of the horses cooled off with a shower after their workout - a great way to clean your horse and harness at the same time.
